At Blackout Coffee Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your roast; if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will work with you to ensure you find a blend you love.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific reason for your request to initiate the process.

Our team will verify your purchase and determine if your items qualify for a replacement or a store credit based on our freshness guarantee.
- 3.Shipment Verification
If your return is approved for non-perishable items like gear or mugs, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send the items back to our warehouse.
- 4.Resolution
Once processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
