We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
What is the shelf life of your coffee?
For peak flavor, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date. However, when stored in a cool, dark place in an airtight container, it remains delicious for several months.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, you can choose to have your favorite blends delivered every 15, 30, or 45 days. Subscribing saves you 15% on every order and ensures you never run out of fuel.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
Where is your coffee sourced?
We source high-quality Arabica beans from sustainable farms in South America, Central America, and Africa, ensuring ethical practices and premium flavor profiles.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
